Who's Behind Marlowe Property
I started showing apartments in Brooklyn back in 2011, right out of college. In 2017 I went out on my own. Two agents work with me now, covering New York and the surrounding area.
Most of what we do is help someone sell a walk-up they inherited and don't know what to do with. Maybe it was a parent's place, maybe an aunt's, and it's been sitting there for months. We handle the cleanout, the photos, the listing and the showings, so you're not doing it on top of everything else you have going on.
What makes me angry in this business is agents who price a place high just to win the listing, then spend the next two months talking the seller down, ten thousand at a time. I tell you the real number on day one. Sometimes that costs me the job. I'd rather lose it than lie to you about what your place is worth.
