Why do you hand over all the passwords when other IT companies don't?
Because keeping access is how some providers make sure you can never leave. We think that's wrong, so everything we set up gets documented and handed to you, in writing. It's your network, not ours.
We don't know who set up our office network, can you still help?
That's most of our calls, honestly. A five-person office where the person who set things up has left and nobody has the passwords. We go in, map out what's there, and document it properly so it never happens again.
Do you only work with small offices?
That's most of who we work with, yes. Three of us cover small offices across downtown Toronto and the surrounding area, which keeps the work manageable and the documentation thorough.
How quickly can you come out for IT support in Toronto?
